ROXAS City – An early Monday evening sting operation led to the arrest of the No. 3 drug personality in Panay, Capiz.
The 46-year-old Ronnie Catalan sold suspected shabu to undercover police officers for P400.
Four sachets of suspected shabu and the marked money were seized from him.
Catalan as hauled to the lockup cell of the Panay police station.
A resident of Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Panay, the suspect is facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Joint operatives of the Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group (PAIDSOTG) Team Charlie and the Municipal AIDSOTG staged the operation around 7:23 p.m./PN
