BACOLOD City – The Cadiz City police on Monday evening arrested five drug suspects in an antidrug operation in Purok Malipayon, Villa 2, Barangay Zone 4.
Superintendent Edel Jose Manzano identified the suspects as Marlon “Bok-Bok” Villacarlos, 28; John Rey Labrador, 18; Elk Roy Cainglet, 21; John Rey Chiu, 23; and Aldino Abong, 28.
Villacarlos was the subject of the buy-bust, while the other arrested suspects were caught having a pot session.
Confiscated from Villacarlos were 10 sachets of suspected shabu including the buy-bust item in exchange of P200 marked money and other drug paraphernalia.
Meanwhile, in Bacolod City, a woman was also arrested on Monday evening in Purok Avocado, Barangay 20.
Arlene Agsam, 51, yielded three sachets of suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia./PN
