ILOILO City – Two persons were caught in an antidrug operation of the police in Barangay Sambag, Jaro district.
Judy Blance, 50, and Donnel Vasquez, 28, were taken to the Jaro police station yesterday around 12:30 a.m. Blance was a resident of Barangay Sambag while Vazquez was from Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao district.
But they were not the actual targets of the operation. The targets, Federico Blance and wife Christina Freda, were able to escape after selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover police officer.
The buy-bust was carried out at Judy’s house. Police said she faces a charge of operating a drug den while Vasquez would be charged with visiting a drug den.
