ILOILO City – In Barangay San Isidro, La Paz district, a 61-year-old man was served with a warrant of arrest for the crime of homicide.
La Paz policemen served the arrest warrant to Nestor Magno, 61, around 7:35 p.m. of Nov. 8.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Theresa Encarguez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33 on Oct. 28, 2016.
The bail bond recommended for Magno’s temporary liberty was set at P40,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if he was able to post bail./PN
