ILOILO City – A man got shot in Jaro district. The suspect was the husband of the woman he was allegedly having an affair with.
Hernie Julabar, a 36-year-old resident of Barangay San Roque, Jaro, died while being rushed to the West Visayas State University Medical Center on Nov. 9.
He was shot around 7:30 p.m. at the store of Raymond Maravilla. Police identified a suspect – Gilbersan “Gamay” Robles, 33.
Julabar died of gunshot wounds on the head and back.
As of this writing, police investigators were yet to determine what gun was used on Julabar. Robles’ whereabouts were also unknown.
