ILOILO City – A man charged with estafa voluntarily surrendered to the police of Sapian, Capiz.
The 49-year-old Rafael Alipongan of Barangay Majanlud, Sapian went to the police station of the town around 2 p.m. on Nov. 11.
He told the police he learned that a warrant for his arrest was issued by Judge Isabel Peco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19./PN
