ILOILO City – In Barangay Tanza Timawa Zone 2, the police arrested a man facing two charges.
The 62-year-old Restituto Florendo Jr. was charged with “reckless imprudence resulting to physical injuries” and “reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property.”
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Francisco Guzman of the Municipal Trial Court in Miag-ao, Iloilo. This was served to Florendo around 6:30 a.m. on Nov.18
As of this writing, it was unclear if Florendo was able to post bail.
For the “reckless imprudence resulting to physical injuries” case, the court set Florendo’s bail bond at P12,000.
On the other hand, he must post a bail bond of P2,000 for his “reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property” case./PN
