ILOILO City – For acting unruly and creating alarm and scandal, a resident of Santa Barbara, Iloilo was arrested.
Agapito Lastimosa, 25, of Barangay Bulong, Santa Barbara and two companions made a scene in Barangay Ungka 1, Pavia, police said.
Smelling liquor, Lastimosa was believed to be drunk, said the police.
His companions were able to escape and remain at large as of this writing.
Lastimosa was hauled to the Pavia police station lockup cell./PN
