BACOLOD City – A member of the Philippine Army was stabbed in Purok 5, Barangay Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
On Nov. 22 around 11 a.m., Technical Sergeant Willy Sioco, 46, was brought to the Riverside Medical Center here for a stab wound in the abdomen.
The stabbing happened while Purok 5 was holding a sing and dance contest in line with its fiesta. The suspect, 38-year-old Agustin Jauod, fled.
As of this writing, Jauod’s whereabouts were unknown./PN
