BACOLOD City – The Regional Trial Court in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental refused to grant bail to a rape suspect.
The 36-year-old Ceferino Magbanua was detained at the Hinigaran police station following his arrest on Nov. 23 in Sitio Labayen, Barangay Tuguis, Hinigaran.
Judge Nilo M. Sarsaba issued the arrest warrant. It was served to the suspect around 11:40 a.m./PN
