BACOLOD City – Ten teams are seeing action in the 6th Msgr. John Liu and Msgr. John Su Memorial Basketball Cup which opened on Saturday at the Msgr. John Liu Activities Center.
The participating teams are eight alumni batches – Batch 92 & Legends, 93-95, 96-99, 2K-2003, 2005-07, 2008-09, 2010-12, 2013-14.
Guest teams are the parents and the St. John’s Institute Juniors Varsity team.
The parents team is composed of non-alumni parents with children studying in Hua Ming.
A parade of teams started at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The defending champion is Batch 2005-07.
Games will be played every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday./PN
