ILOILO City – Police arrested a 27-year-old man from Barangay Poblacion Sur, Balasan, Iloilo in a drug buy-bust operation Friday, Dec. 2.
Arnie “Bino” Castro sold to an undercover officer a plastic pack of suspected shabu for P200.
Balasan police officers led by Senior Inspector Jerry Leones seized from Castro three more packs of the substance.
Castro was facing charges for violation of sections 5 (sale) and 11 (possession) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
