BACOLOD City – A businessman and his helper were injured after they were shot by unidentified suspects yesterday on Acacia Road, Villa Angela Subdivision, Barangay Villamonte.
Businessman Rolando Uy, 58, a resident of the place, sustained a wound on his left thigh, while his helper, Mark Ramil Gania, sustained a wound on his body. They were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Investigation revealed that around 2:10 a.m., Uy was counting his sales when two unidentified persons entered the premises and shot him using an unknown caliber firearm. Gania, who was sleeping, was also hit.
