BACOLOD City – A motorcycle and a cargo truck collided in Crossing Hacienda Gonzales, Barangay Abo-abo, Murcia, Negros Occidental. Two died while one was injured.
The casualties were Barangay Captain Ian Carba of Amayco village and John Sayon of Barangay Abo-abo.
Sayon’s wife Trinie was injured.
The collision happened on Dec. 9.
Carba and the Sayons were on a single motorcycle. They were on their way home from the town proper, said Senior Inspector Hector Balbon, Murcia acting police chief.
He identified the truck driver as Ronald Penuela./PN
