BACOLOD City – An 18-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting incident on Friday afternoon on Araneta-Lizares Street, Barangay 38.
Jeffrey Benjamin, a resident of Purok Rosal, Barangay Singcang-Airpot, was brought to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Hospital for treatment after he sustained a gunshot wound on his foot.
Police said the victim was standing on the road when unidentified men, who were on board a gray car, stopped and shot the victim with an unknown caliber of firearm.
The motive of the shooting was not yet identified by Police Station 1.
