BACOLOD City – A 39-year-old man died on Tuesday in Ayungon, Negros Oriental.
Malvin Romano, a resident of Barangay Banban in the town, was hacked to death.
Police identified the suspect as Joan Anero, 24, a resident of the place.
Investigation disclosed that Romano and Anero had a drinking spree which resulted to a heated argument.
Romano was hit with a bolo on his head and upper body.
The suspect immediately fled after the incident./PN
