BACOLOD City – A woman was killed while her companion was injured in a vehicular accident on Saturday on Araneta Street, Barangay Pahanocoy.
Grace Villagracia, 25, was declared dead on arrival, while Jan Kennette Villagracia, who sustained multiple injuries, is still recuperating.
Police Station 8 investigation revealed that an Isuzu vehicle driven by Crisanto Gonzaga, 26, of Barangay Jerusalem, Cadiz City, sideswiped the motorcycle driven by Jan Kenette, with Grace as the passenger.
Gonzaga is now detained at the custodial facility of the police station./PN
