BACOLOD City – The police are eyeing illegal drug transaction as the motive behind the killing of a 32-year-old man on Thursday in Purok Rosas Pandan, Sitio Sibucao, Barangay Banago in this city.
Eugene Pabli, 32, of Purok Tampok in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, was shot dead around 4:20 p.m. He sustained four gunshot wounds on his chest and died on the spot.
Senior Inspector Larry Teovisio identified the suspects as Nonoy Rodrigo and one alias “Joe Jun.” They fled after the incident.
Investigation on the case is ongoing as of press time./PN
