ILOILO City – A man was arrested for “alarm and scandal” in Barangay Ortiz, City Proper.
Aladino Aragon, 40, was taken to Police Station 1 around 11 p.m. on Wednesday night.
According to complainant 54-year-old Nilda Luda, also a resident of Barangay Ortiz, the unruly Aragon threw a lumber to her house.
With the help of barangay tanod Delia Gahap, Luda took Aragon to the police station and “booked” him for “alarm and scandal.”/PN
