ILOILO City – A man charged with rape has been hiding from the police for 19 years.
But on Jan. 20, Jicky Del Castillo of Barangay Ardenil, Sara, Iloilo decided to surface. He turned himself in to the Sara police station around 9 a.m.
Del Castillo had a standing warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rogelio Amador of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 66.
The court did not grant him the privilege to post bail./PN
