ILOILO City – A son of a barangay councilman was mauled in Carmencita, President Roxas, Capiz.
The mauling left Sunny Depla, 23, with a cut on his head and bruises on his face on Jan. 22.
Depla named the suspects as Jay Bacud and Allen John Paderes, both of Barangay Badiangon, President Roxas.
According to Barangay Carmencita kagawad Jonny Depla, his son was attacked around 12:35 a.m. inside their village gymnasium.
The suspects were taken to the police while the young Depla was treated at the President Roxas Rural Hospital./PN
