ILOILO City – Fire totally gutted two houses in Barangay Jaguimitan, Passi City on Saturday night.
The houses belonged to Leonila Jagonina, 67, and neighbor Agripino Laguares, 62.
The house of April Joy Ambrocio, 27, was partially damaged.
Police said the fire started at Jagonina’s house around 9 p.m.
At the time of the fire, Jagonina was at the wake of a dead relative. Her house was gone when she returned.
As of this writing, it was unclear what triggered the fire./PN
