ILOILO City – A student had been charged with frustrated homicide.
Police arrested the 24-year-old Julius Hayayay in Barangay Binon-an, Batad, Iloilo.
Regional Trial Court Branch 66 (Barotac Viejo) Judge Rogelio Amador issued the arrest warrant against Hayayay on July 5 last year.
The court set the bail at P24,000.
Officers served the suspect the warrant at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday./PN
