BACOLOD City – An unruly resident of Barangay 28 was arrested.
His neighbors claimed 42-year-old Ricky Tejada caused alarm and scandal.
Faith Alba and Roelyn Medida told Police Station 6 Tejada threw a light bulb and threatened them with a knife.
