BACOLOD City – A drunken resident of Barangay Manlucahoc, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental slashed the throat of his nephew.
Jerry Rafols turned himself in to purok president Vicente Briones and asked to be taken to the Sipalay City police station.
Aside from being drunk, he could not cite any reason for slashing the throat of Jameson Rafols Butalid around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Chief Inspector Romeo Vargas, Sipalay City police chief.
Briones and village councilman Jun Jun Libre accompanied Rafols to the police station where the suspect was detained./PN
