ILOILO City – A Japanese national lost his cellular phone and money to an unidentified snatcher while walking along Iznart Street, City Proper.
The victim was 22-year-old Yuhei Ishimatsu who was temporarily residing in Barangay Dungon C, Mandurriao district.
Ishimatsu told the police that it was around 10 p.m. Monday when a man suddenly snatched his belt bag.
He said the bag contained an iPhone 6 (worth P40,000), 10,000 yen and P500.
As of this writing, policemen did not have a suspect./PN
