BACOLOD City – Five persons that included two minors were injured after the tricycle they were riding hit a steel railing along the provincial road in Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The injured were Jeffrey Mabugay Yasay, 50, driver of the tricycle; Ernize Quinisala Jareño, 32; Eliza Mapas Guzamin, 58; Paola Nicole Jareño Quinisala, 5; and Coe Therese Yee Quinisala, 5.
According to the police, Yasay accidentally sideswiped the steel railings while driving his tricycle around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 23./PN
