BACOLOD City – A wayward cargo truck hit a motorcycle and pinned its driver to death in Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The 18-year-old Jerwin Dumancas Alforte of Sitio Nagutman, Barangay Prosperidad, San Carlos City died of severe head and body injuries Friday last week.
According to Superintendent Arturo Fullero, San Carlos City police chief, truck driver Noe Tereno Omaque, 34, lost control of his vehicle.
Omaque, a resident of Barangay Bunga, Salvador Benedicto town, surrendered to the San Carlos City police station./PN
