ILOILO City – Charged with frustrated murder 10 years ago, a resident of Tobias Fornier, Antique was arrested just this Saturday morning.

From his house in Barangay Sta. Maria, Tobias Fornier, the 29-year-old Jimmy Nacepo was taken to the municipal police station.

The suspect disappeared from Tobias Fornier after he was charged in 2006. But recently, the police received information that he had returned to Barangay Sta. Maria.

The police served Nacepo’s arrest warrant around 11:30 a.m. It was issued by Judge Rudy Castrojas of the Regional Trail Court, Branch 12 in Oct. 16, 2006 yet.

As of this writing, it was unclear if Nacepo was able to post bail that the court set at P200,000./PN
