Also during the Manggahan Festival, the Search for Mutya ng Guimaras was held to the delight of guests and locals alike and one contestant was awarded as Ms. AirAsia during the pageant which was held at the Guimaras Capitol Grounds.
AirAsia Philippines CEO Captain Dexter Comendador said, “We are thrilled to be part of this year’s celebration that pays tribute to one of the country’s notable and popular agri product. The Philippine mangoes especially from Guimaras are being exported around the world and as a Filipino, we feel strongly about supporting communities and enabling them to grow their businesses and connect via AirAsia’s massive network.”
