KALIBO, Aklan – He was listed as one of the wanted persons in the municipal police station of Ibajay, Aklan.
Police arrested the 42-year-old Gilbert Tumbagahan of Barangay Regador, Ibajay at around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday on Salcedo Street, Makati City.
Tumbagahan faces charges for two counts of rape, a police report showed.
As of press time he was in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Makati City.
Tumbagahan will be turned over to the Ibajay police station where he will be detained.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
