BACOLOD City – Three people were arrested in an antidrug operation in Barangay Alijis, a police report showed.
Police Station 7 took custody of Joey Oñate, 46, of Barangay Alijis; Rona Santillan, 37, of Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, Negros Occidental; and Nejie Geavia, 31, of Barangay Vista Alegre.
Oñate was the subject of the Wednesday evening operation, police said.
The suspects yielded several plastic packs of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P180,000 and a P1,000 buy-bust money.
They face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
