BACOLOD City – He was complained for creating alarm and scandal in Barangay Alijis in this city.
The 31-year old Edmar Gallego was arrested around 10 a.m. on Sept. 11, police said.
Edmar was shouting and allegedly threatened to shoot his older brother Elmer, 32, and Jose Bernardo Dado.
Police quickly responded after Elmer alerted them. They confiscated from Edmar a .22-caliber magnum revolver.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 7. Charges will be filed against him./PN
