BACOLOD City – A father and his two sons were nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Alijis.
Police identified them Norberto Peruelo, 54, and sons Jason, 29, and John Leigh, 32, all residents of the village.
An undercover officer initially bought from the Peruelos a sachet of suspected shabu for P500.
Five more sachets of the prohibited substance weighing about 18 grams valued at around P117,000 were confiscated during their arrest around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 11.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 7.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
