Another staff member from the Iloilo Governor’s office tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. Acting Provincial administrator Atty. Suzette Mamon confirmed the news in an interview with Panay News.
The staff member showed mild symptoms. Reports say she was one of the people who had close contacts with the first case found within the office.
Two total cases have been confirmed in the Governor’s office.
The Iloilo Provincial Capitol is undergoing disinfection and is said to resume operations by Monday./PN
