ILOILO – A high-value drug suspect from Sibalom, Antique was arrested in a Manhunt Charlie Intel-Driven Operation at Phase 2 Deca Homes Subdivision in Barangay Pandac, Pavia, Iloilo.
The 39-year-old Joseph Bernard Villavert, a resident of Sibalom’s Barangay Panlagangan, was caught around 3:15 p.m. on Friday, May 24, through the strength of an arrest warrant for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
Join operatives of the Antique Police Provincial Office’s Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and Provincial Intelligence Unit, Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 6 and Pavia police station further recovered three plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 150 grams and valued at approximately P1,020,000.
The suspect was detained at the custodial facility of Pavia police station./PN
