ANTIQUE – The Tracker Team of the Laua-an Municipal Police Station in Antique, in collaboration with the 2nd Antique Provincial Mobile Force Company and Maritime Antique, has successfully apprehended one of the province’s fugitives.
The arrested individual, identified as a 40-year-old farmer named “July,” is Antique’s No. 5 most wanted person, accused of rape by sexual assault and attempted rape.
The arrest took place around 12:46 p.m. in Barangay Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique on Feb. 24.
Hon. Mario De Guzman Andres recommended a bail of P120,000 for each crime.
Currently, the suspect is under the custody of the Laua-an Police, awaiting proper disposition./PN
