ANTIQUE – This province’s No. 7 most wanted person was arrested in Barangay Bandoja, Tibiao town around 1:25 p.m. on Nov. 16.
The 27-year-old Marky Modesto, single, and a resident of the said locality, was arrested by joint elements of the Tibiao police station, Antique Police Provincial Office, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Antique, and Regional Intelligence Unit 6.
The warrant of arrest for murder against the suspect was issued by Judge Ernesto Labio Abijay Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Sixth Judicial Region – Branch 12 in San Jose, Antique.
Police said Modesto was also the No. 4 most wanted person in Tibiao.
The suspect was detained at the Tibiao police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
