WITH the finale of her primetime series “Since I Found You” done, Arci Muñoz revealed what she will miss the most about the show.
“Definitely lahat ng tao mami-miss ko. Iba yung naging bond namin even the staff and crew, everyone. Ini-expect ko na magkikita-kita pa rin kami. Sa next project si direk Tonette (Jadaone) pa rin and si Papa P (Piolo Pascual) lagi ko naman kasama. Marami pa kaming trip na pinaplano. Mami-miss namin lahat. Mami-miss ko sila tita Carms (Martin) at saka si Sweet (John Lapus) kasi parang ko silang family,” she shared.
Arci said saying goodbye to her co-workers of half a year is going to be hard. “Actually nalulungkot ako pag may nakikita akong sad tweet na bakit magtatapos na, na affected yung mga tao. Pero ganun eh. Every story talaga has an end so it’s really bittersweet. We’re happy na we’re able to make people happy every night but at the same time yung company talaga yung mami-miss namin. Pero lagi naman kami magkikita kita and we’ll make sure of that,” she said.
The “Since I Found You” star said the show has also strengthened her real-life friendship with leading man Piolo Pascual.
“Mas solid kami ngayon. Mas close kami. Thankful ako kasi even before the show he was the closest to me. Kasi even before the show naman ganun na. Pero mas naging close kami this time while doing the show. Marami rin kaming mga plano,” she said.
While working with Piolo on the series, Arci revealed he is very unlike his serious character onscreen.
“Alam naman nilang lahat na sobrang bait ni Papa P. Hindi niyo alam, napaka-bully ni Papa P! Bully siya. Binu-bully niya kaming lahat. Binu-bully niya si Empoy, binu-bully niya staff, binu-bully niya kami. Hindi naman ako napipikon, tawa lang ako ng tawa. Lalo na pag si Empoy inaasar niya. Basta baliw siya. Akala nila matino siya. Pero sobrang kulit niya. Pag nasa set tahimik na siya kasi pingpong siya, may movie siya tapos ginagawa niya yung soap. Si Papa P iisipin mo magpapahinga yan di ba? Pero hindi. Si Papa P makulit! Binu-bully niya kami. Yung mga pisngi namin malaki na daw. Sasabihin niya, ‘Mona tigilan mo na yang pagkain!’ Hindi siya tahimik,” she shared.
Apart from both of them being vocal about wanting to work with each other again, Arci said all credit to their strong chemistry goes to her onscreen partner. “Dahil kay Papa P yun. Nagiging natural yung reaction ko, sabi nilla may sparkle daw talaga sa mga mata ko, sobrang happy ko daw. Dahil sa kanya yun,” she added. (Push)
