ILOILO City – His neighbor struck him with a steel pipe, and he was clueless why.
Mark Yupano, 25, of Barangay Sooc, Arevalo district complained to the police that he was arguing with another neighbor when Antonio Blones Jr. went out of his house armed with a steel pipe.
Blones then charged at him and hit the back of his thigh, Yupano told the police.
The incident happened at around 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 11.
Yupano did not know why Blones attacked him.
