ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Sto. Niño Norte, Arevalo district.
The 30-year-old resident Kim Malderama was caught around 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Officers from the district police station served him a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marie Yvette Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 32.
Malderama was detained. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
