BACOLOD City – Police served a man with a warrant of arrest in Barangay 2-A, Manapla, Negros Occidental.

The 29-year-old resident Mike Beiley Lozande was accused of violating Section 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Lozande was arrested around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 11, police said.

Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 45 in this city issued the warrant against Lozande on Oct. 9.

Lozande was detained at the Manapla municipal police station lockup facility.

The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for Lozande./PN
