ILOILO City – Police arrested a man charged with arson in Barangay Bagacay, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Leo De Nuevo, a 44-year-old resident of Barangay Sincua, Lemery town, was detained at the San Rafael police station.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
De Nuevo will have to shell out P120,000 as bail bond./PN
