ILOILO City – Police arrested a man facing arson charge in Barangay Simpre Viva, San Dionisio, Iloilo.
He was 38-year-old Roberto Eraga, a police report showed.
Eraga – resident of Barangay Ligaya, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro but temporarily resides in Batad, Iloilo – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 12 p.m. on Aug. 30, it added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Batad police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for the suspect‘s temporary liberty./PN
