ILOILO City – The Municipal Circuit Trial Court (Tobias Fornier-Hamtic-Anini-y) ordered a farmer arrested in Barangay Pili 3, Hamtic, Antique.
The 53-year-old Fortunato Satumbaga was charged with attempted homicide. He was served with an arrest warrant around 12 noon on June 29 and detained at the Hamtic municipal police station.
It was unclear as of this writing if the suspect was able to post bail for his temporary liberty.
Presiding Judge Felixberto Barte of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court set the bail bond at P12,000./PN
