BACOLOD City – A one-year-old baby boy was found lifeless in a water-filled tub in their house in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Joan Escaro, uncle of the victim, discovered the baby around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The family rushed the child to a hospital but the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival”./PN
