ILOILO City – A backhoe operator was arrested in Barangay Piape 3, Hamtic, Antique yesterday.
The 22-year-old resident Mark Carlos Susano faces a rape charge, a police report showed.
He was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:40 a.m. on March 2, the report added.
Susano was detained in the lockup facility of the Hamtic municipal police station.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
