MANILA – Bacolod Master Sardines is already beefing up its roster for the upcoming 2020-2021 Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) with the signing of three new players.

The ballers who recently signed their services after agreeing terms with the Bacolodnon team were former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Cyrus Tabi, Jeff Comia and Jason Strait.

Prior to a short stint with the Columbian Dyip, Tabi suited up for Rizal Technological University and played for Batangas-Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals in the PBA D-League.

Comia, on the other hand, was a collegiate player from the New Era University. He also brought his services to Quezon City in the Metro Basketball Tournament.

Strait, meanwhile, was a former University Athletic Association of the Philippines baller for the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers and the University of the East Red Warriors.

The three signings are part of the Bacolod’s bid to bounce back from a dismal finish in its first foray in the MPBL./PN
