BACOLOD City – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will hold voters’ registrations for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections in three big malls here from July 11 to 20.
The malls and registration schedules are:
* SM City Bacolod – July 11 to 13, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Ayala Capitol Central – July 14 to 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Robinsons Place Bacolod – July 18 to 20, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
City Comelec’s Kathrina Trinio-Caña said registrants should bring a valid identification card, birth certificate (for 15 to 17 years old registrants only) together with photo copies of their documents.
Despite the mall registrations, Comelec will continue the registration at its office on San Juan Street.
Registration ends on July 23.
As of July 6, Comelec Bacolod had processed over 1,000 registrants./PN
