Bacolod hospital boosts COVID-19 bed capacity

BACOLOD City – The Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) has allocated 74 more beds for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients.

CLMMRH chief Julius Drilon said this addition is 20 percent of the total bed capacity of the facility.

During the meeting, Leonardia appealed to medical directors for strict compliance with the mandated percentage of bed allocation for COVID-19 patient.

β€œThis is for us to get a good picture of what the real situation is on a timely basis,” Leonardia pointed out.

β€œWe would like to appeal that this required bed capacity for COVID cases be made ready as soon as possible,” the mayor said./PN
